Terms of service

No legal entity has been registered yet. These terms are provided for informational purposes. The operator of Redirectdepth has not yet registered a legal entity. The operator's name, address, and jurisdiction must be supplied before these terms can bind any party. Until then, use of this service is not subject to a legally enforceable agreement.

Use of the service

Redirectdepth is a redirect chain diagnostic tool. You may use it to trace HTTP redirect chains of URLs you provide. The service is provided as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to probe systems you do not own or have authorisation to test.
• Submit URLs at a rate that would reasonably be considered abusive or that degrades service for other users.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

No accounts

Redirectdepth does not offer user accounts, registration, or authentication. No personal data is collected, stored, or processed beyond the URL you submit during a single trace. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Billing

No payment processor is connected. The Professional tier described on the pricing page is not yet purchasable. The terms below will apply once payments are enabled — nothing below is in effect today.

Plans and pricing

Redirectdepth offers a Free tier and a Professional tier. The Free tier is available immediately with no payment required. The Professional tier is priced at USD $9 per month and will provide access to additional features including bulk trace, saved trace history, webhook notifications, and higher-rate API access.

Billing period

Professional subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance. The first payment is due at the time of subscription and covers the first month. Subsequent payments are charged on the same calendar day of each following month. If a day does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), billing occurs on the last day of that month.

Failed payments

If a payment attempt fails (for example, a declined card or expired payment method), we will retry the charge up to three times over the following seven days. If all retries fail, access to Professional features will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid. If payment remains unpaid for 30 days after the initial attempt, the account will be downgraded to the Free tier and billing data will be retained for reconciliation purposes only.

Refund policy

Because Redirectdepth is a diagnostic tool where value is delivered immediately upon use, all charges are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error (for example, being charged for the Free tier or charged an incorrect amount). Refund requests due to billing errors must be made within 14 days of the charge. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Professional subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the remainder of the period after cancellation. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier and you retain access to Free features.

Payment processor

Payments are processed through Stripe. Redirectdepth does not see, store, or process full payment card numbers. By subscribing to the Professional tier, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms. Once a legal entity is registered, invoices will be issued under that entity's name and tax information.

Service availability

Redirectdepth is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Redirectdepth shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service. The redirect chain data reported by the service is based on observations from the Cloudflare edge and may not reflect the experience of a browser on a user's network.

Governing law

Once a legal entity is established, these terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which that entity is registered. Until then, no governing law is specified.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. No separate notification will be provided.
